These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Participant (defined below) and Nandilath G Mart, a company having its registered office at TMC ______, West Gate, Guruvayur Road, Poonkunnam, Thrissur District, Kerala - ____ (“Nandilath G Mart”) and MM TV Limited, a company having its Administrative office at Door No.2/275A, NH Bypass Road, Aroor Post, Alappuzha District, Kerala – 688 534 (“MMTV”).

Nandilath G Mart is organizing the Football World Cup Contest 2026 commencing on 28 June 2026. Nandilath G Mart shall conceptualize the Contest and sponsor all prizes at its sole cost. MMTV is the activation partner for the Contest and shall manage its digital execution, operation and the selection of winners. The title of the contest will be Manorama News Gopu Nandilath G Mart Predict & Win Contest 2026 (“Contest”)

For the purpose of this Contest, a “Participant“ shall mean any individual who satisfies all the following criteria : (a) Is a citizen of India residing within the territory of India; (b) Is 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the Contest; (c) Is legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872; and (d) Successfully accesses the manoramaMAX OTT platform, registers or authenticates their user credentials and submits an entry by responding to any Contest Question.

The Contest will be hosted digitally conducted through the manoramaMAX OTT platform (“ManoramaMAX”). Registration for the Contest and subsequent participation in it are entirely free of cost. No purchase, subscription or payment of any kind is required to register or win.

By clicking the Contest banner on the ManoramaMAX homepage, registering credentials and participating in the Contest, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

The Contest is open only to citizens of India residing in India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Participant must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

(a) The Participant shall access the Contest by logging into the ManoramaMAX OTT platform via its mobile application or official website. A dedicated "Predict and Win" Contest banner will be displayed on the ManoramaMAX homepage.

(b) To enter the Contest, the Participant must click on the Contest banner and register or authenticate their entry by keying in their valid user credentials.

(a) For each designated football match, a multiple choice question will be published on ManoramaMAX at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the match. The Participant must select one answer from the options and click the submit button.

(b) For the Golden Gloves, Golden Boot and Golden Ball contests, the Participant must manually type the answer in the text space or dropdown as provided against each respective question.

(c) A Participant can submit an answer only once for each question. Once the submit button is clicked, the entry is locked and the Participant cannot modify, alter or resubmit the answer.

(d) The window period to answer any match related question will automatically close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of that specific match. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.

The Contest consists of a total of 32 matches divided into two distinct execution phases, along with three special tournament categories.

A. Phase 1 Matches (24 Matches Total)

(1) Phase 1 comprises the initial stages of the tournament commencing on 29 June 2026. Prizes will be awarded daily based on individual match predictions. (2) In this phase there will be Round of 32 consisting of 16 matches and 8 Pre Quarter matches. (3) There will be 4 daily winners selected per match. (a) 2 winners will each receive 1 football. (b) 2 winners will each receive 1 T - Shirt.

B. Phase 2 Matches (8 Matches Total)

(1) Phase 2 comprises the knockout and final stages of the tournament. (2) 4 Quarter Final matches, 2 Semi Final matches, 1 Third-Place match (Losers' Final) and 1 Final match. (3) There will be 1 daily winner selected per match. (a) Quarter Final Winners (4 matches): Each winner will receive a 32” LED TV. (b) Semi Final Winners (2 matches): Each winner will receive a washing machine. (c) Third Place Match Winner (1 match): The winner will receive a washing machine. (c) Third Place Match Winner (1 match): The winner will receive a washing machine.

C. Special Tournament Categories

(1) Apart from match predictions, participants can predict the winners of tournament awards. One winner will be selected for each category. (a) Golden Gloves Winner: Will receive a 32” LED TV. (b) Golden Boot Winner: Will receive a washing machine. (c) Golden Ball Winner: Will receive a washing machine.

D. Bumper and Consolation Prizes

(1) At the conclusion of the entire tournament season, final bumper prizes will be awarded from the entire pool of eligible participants. (2) Bumper Prize: 1 randomly selected winner will receive a TATA Punch Petrol car (base model). (a) Consolation Prizes: 2 separate winners will be randomly selected. (b) 1 winner will receive a 43” LED TV. (c) 1 winner will receive a washing machine.

A. Phase 1 and Phase 2

(1) To qualify for any prize, the Participant must select or provide the exact correct answer to the designated Contest question. (2) If multiple participants provide the correct answer to a question, the final winner(s) will be selected through an automated, electronic randomizer system managed by MMTV. The determination made by the randomizer shall be final and binding. (3) For each of the 32 matches in Phase 1 and 2, the electronic randomizer will select distinct daily winners from the pool of correct entries. (4) A Participant is eligible to win the daily prize multiple times across different matches. (5) Winning a Phase 1 or phase 2 daily prize does not disqualify the Participant from being selected for Phase 2, the Bumper Prize, or Consolation Prizes.

B. Selection for Bumper Prize and Conslation Prizes

(a) The selection for the Bumper Prize (TATA Punch Petrol car) and the two consolation prizes (43“ LED TV and washing machine) shall be drawn from the comprehensive pool of all individuals who registered and participated in the Contest. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant does not need to predict or provide a correct answer to any question to be eligible for the Bumper Prize or the Consolation Prizes. Mere registration and submission of an entry during the Contest term qualifies the Participant for this selection pool. (c) At the conclusion of the entire tournament season, the automated electronic randomizer system will draw names at random from the total pool of all unique participants to determine (a) One (1) Bumper Prize Winner and (b) Two (2) distinct Consolation Bumper Prize winners. (d) The automated draw conducted by the electronic randomizer under this section is absolute, final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or challenges regarding the selection process will be entertained.

C. MMTV or its authorized representatives will contact the shortlisted winner on their registered mobile number. MMTV will make reasonable attempts to contact winners. However, if a Winner cannot be reached within the designated contact window, fails to submit documents or is disqualified, MMTV will pass the prize to the next eligible Winner.

(a) The daily winners for each match will be verified and officially declared within 2 working days. (b) The names and details of the winners will be announced publicly during a designated news bulletin on the Manorama News television channel and stream on manorama news digital handle. (a) Tax payment obligations : All prizes awarded under this Contest are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law including the Income Tax Act, 1961. The obligation to pay any applicable gift tax, prize tax or Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) rests solely on the respective winner. Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV shall bear or pay any tax liability on behalf of any winner. (b) Pre-condition for Prize Delivery: Prior to receiving the prize, each winner must remit the mandated tax amount to the relevant government authority as directed by MMTV or 3 Nandilath G Mart. The winner must submit a valid copy of the tax remittance receipt or challan to Nandilath G Mart and MMTV. No prize shall be handed over or delivered until the verified tax receipt is received. (c) Bumper Prize (Vehicle) Associated Costs: For the Bumper Prize (TATA Punch Petrol car), Nandilath G Mart’s financial liability is strictly limited to paying the ex-showroom cost of the base model vehicle directly to the authorized car dealership. The Bumper Prize winner shall personally bear and directly pay all other incidental expenses required to take delivery of the vehicle, including but not limited to: (1) Applicable Road Tax and Registration charges; (2) Mandatory Motor Vehicle Insurance premium; (3) Goods and Services Tax (GST) or statutory cesses, if applicable over the base cost; (4) Local levies (if any), handling charges or dealership delivery charges; (5) Any costs associated with accessories requested by the winner. (d) Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV shall be held liable for any delay, forfeiture or inability to claim a prize resulting from the winner’s failure to clear the necessary tax liabilities or additional dealership costs within the timelines stipulated by the organizers. A. Phase 1 Daily Prizes (T-Shirts and Footballs): (1) Phase 1 winners must personally collect their prizes from the designated Malayala Manorama‘s office as informed by MMTV. (2) MMTV shall communicate the location details directly to each winner. (3) To claim the prize, the winner must present the official winning communication received from MMTV along with their original government issued identity card for verification.

B. Phase 2, Bumper and Special Category Prizes:

(1) Winners of Phase 2 matches, Special Categories (Golden Gloves, Boot, and Ball), Bumper Prize and Consolation Prizes must personally attend a public prize distribution function hosted at the Malayala Manorama Panampally Nagar office in Ernakulam, Kerala. (2) All travel, lodging and incidental expenses incurred to attend the function shall be borne entirely by the respective winners. (3) Pre-condition for Stage Presentation: The Bumper Prize winner will only be permitted to ascend the stage or podium for the symbolic handing-over ceremony after submitting verified proof of gift tax (TDS) remittance to Nandilath G Mart and MMTV. (4) Symbolic Handover: The presentation during the public function and media broadcast is strictly for promotional coverage. It represents a symbolic handover of the prize. Actual asset delivery is subject to documentation and compliance clearance. (5) Bumper Price : The winner must take delivery of the car from the Authorized dealer on the date and time specified by Nandilath G Mart or MMTV. Delivery will occur after the vehicle registration with the Regional Transport Office. (6) Washing Machine or TV : Winners must collect these prizes from the designated Gopu Nandilath Showroom as informed at the time of the event.

(a) Winners must strictly adhere to the designated date, time and location provided by MMTV for prize collection.

(b) If a winner fails to appear personally at the designated location or public function, fails to provide valid government identification or fails to produce proof of mandatory tax clearance within the stipulated timeline, the prize shall automatically lapse and stand forfeited.

(c) Upon forfeiture, neither the winner nor any person claiming through them shall have any right or claim against Nandilath G Mart or MMTV. The forfeited prize shall be allocated to the next eligible participant selected via the randomizer.

(a) All prizes awarded under this Contest including daily winning, special category prize, bumper prize and the consolation prizes are striclty personal to the decalared winner.

(b) The right to claim or receive a prize cannot be assigned, transferred or gifted to any other family member, nominee or third party. Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV shall entertain any request to deliver a prize to anyone other than the registered verified winner.

(c) Prizes are not exchangeable, returnable or substitutable. Under no circumstances can a prize be redeemed for cash, credit or any alternative product or model.

(d) Any attempt by a winner to sell, transfer, assign or barter their prize or winning claim shall result in the immediate disqualification of the winner and the absolute forfeiture of the prize.

(a) MMTV shall treat all personal information and data collected from the Participant as confidential. All such data will be processed and securely managed in accordance with the MMTV’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India.

(b) By participating in the Contest, each Participant explicitly and unconditionally grants to MMTV and Nandilath G Mart a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual license to use, publish, broadcast and stream their name, likeness, photograph, biographical data, voice and video recordings captured during any event or public function associated with the Contest.

(c) The promotional materials, event coverage and broadcast feed may be distributed, exhibited or transmitted through television channels, digital applications, websites, OTT platforms and official social media profiles managed by MMTV, Nandilath G Mart or their authorized affiliates, worldwide and in perpetuity, for creative, commercial, marketing and editorial purposes.

(d) The symbolic handover ceremony on stage will be recorded as part of the creative and promotional coverage of the event. Winners explicitly consent to the production, editing, public display and streaming of this footage.

(e) Once a Participant is declared a winner and accepts a prize, their entry details, name and promotional multimedia records become part of the public records of the Contest. The winner waives any right under applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, to request or direct MMTV or Nandilath G Mart to erase, delete or withdraw consent for the processing and publication of such personal details.

A. The Participant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nandilath G Mart, MMTV, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from:

(1) Any breach or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Participant; (2) Any false, inaccurate, or misleading credentials or information provided by the Participant during registration or prize collection; (3) Any violation of applicable Indian laws or infringement of third party rights by the Participant during the course of the Contest.

B. The winner of any prize (including the Bumper Prize) agrees to fully indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless against any claims, actions or statutory penalties arising from:

(1) The winner’s failure or delay in remitting applicable gift tax, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or other mandatory government levies; (2) The winner's failure to clear regulatory or dealership costs required to take physical delivery of the vehicle; (3) Any dispute regarding the legal ownership or subsequent use, operation or possession of the prize once it has been handed over or delivered.

Under no circumstances shall Nandilath G Mart or MMTV be liable to any Participant or winner for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. The Participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and at their own sole risk and they waive any right to claim damages of any nature against the Indemnified Parties.

A. All prizes distributed during the Contest including but not limited to footballs, T-shirts, LED TVs, washing machines and the TATA Punch Petrol car are provided strictly on an "as is" and "where-is" basis. Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV makes any representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, design, performance or safety of any prize.

B. Any warranties, service guarantees or maintenance assurances associated with a prize are provided solely and directly by the respective original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or dealer. The winner shall look exclusively to such manufacturer or dealer for the enforcement of any warranty claims, defect rectifications or after sales service.

C. Exclusion of Liability: Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV shall be held liable, legally responsible or accountable for:

(1) Any manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, performance issues or technical faults in any of the prizes; (2) Any damage, loss, injury or death caused directly or indirectly to a winner or any third party due to the use, assembly, operation or possession of any prize; (3) Any delays or deficiencies on the part of the vehicle manufacturer or dealership regarding the delivery, registration or handling of the Bumper Prize.

(a) These Terms and Conditions, along with all matters arising out of or in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, controversy, claim or difference arising out of or relating to this Contest, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions.

(b) If an amicable settlement is not reached within 30 days from the date the dispute arose, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

(c) The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, who shall be an independent third party appointed solely at the joint discretion and nomination of Nandilath G Mart and MMTV. The Participant explicitly waives any right to object to such appointment mechanism. The seat and venue of the arbitration proceedings shall be Ernakulam, Kerala. All proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The cost of the arbitration proceedings, including the arbitrator's fees, shall be borne equally by the disputing parties unless the sole arbitrator directs otherwise in the final arbitral award. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters or litigation arising out of this Contest.

(1) Nandilath G Mart and MMTV reserve the absolute right to amend, alter, modify, extend or terminate the Contest, its structure, phases, match timelines or these Terms at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason. Any such changes will be published on the ManoramaMAX platform and shall be immediately binding on all Participants.

(2) Neither Nandilath G Mart nor MMTV shall be held liable for any failure, delay, suspension, cancellation or postponement of the Contest, the matches or the delivery of prizes due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, regulatory changes, or the cancellation/disruption of the official FIFA Football World Cup tournament.

(3) MMTV and Nandilath G Mart are not responsible for any technical glitches, network delays, server downtime, system crashes or electronic failures that may prevent a Participant from accessing ManoramaMAX, viewing questions or successfully clicking the submit button before the designated deadline. No compensation or alternative entry options will be provided in such cases.

(4) MMTV reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Participant or winner found to be tampering with the entry process, using automated entry scripts or multiple fake accounts, violating these Terms or acting in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.

(5) If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitral tribunal, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain entirely unaffected and continue in full force and effect.

(6) Participation in this Contest does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the Participant and either Nandilath G Mart or MMTV.

(7) These Terms, along with any specific guidelines published on the ManoramaMAX platform by MMTV, constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the organizers regarding the Contest, superseding all prior oral or written communications.

(8) The Participant represents that they are not under any exclusive contract or legal restriction with any third party, that would prevent or restrict them from participating in the Contest or entering into this agreement with MMTV.

(9) Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. The Participant chooses to enter at their own discretion and agrees to bear all associated risks, costs, internet expenses and consequences.

(10) Participation in the Contest grants the Participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for recreational purposes as explicitly permitted under these terms and conditions.

(11) Participants must play the Contest manually and strictly in real-time. The use of automated scripts, bots, macros, auto-clickers, scrapers, cheat engines or any third-party software designed to automate answering, intercept data or manipulate scoring metrics is strictly prohibited.

(12) The Contest is designed to run exclusively on legitimate, unmodified mobile operating systems (iOS and Android). Playing the Contest via emulators, virtual environments, rooted or jailbroken devices, or altering system time to gain an unfair advantage is a material breach of these terms.

(13) Registered Users shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, circumvent or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform or the Contest servers.

(14) Any suspected technical manipulation or data breach will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all prizes and the initiation of strict civil and criminal proceedings as per the law of the land.

(15) Registration or participation does not confer any right, title or guarantee to a prize. Participants cannot claim compensation for time spent or costs incurred while playing the Contest.

(16) The only valid mechanism to access and play the Contest is through the official channels explicitly detailed in these terms and conditions. MMTV does not authorize any agent, broker or third party to sell wins, guarantee points or secure prizes. Any individual claiming they can guarantee success in exchange for money, consideration or personal favors is committing an act of fraud. If approached by such persons, please refuse immediately and file a formal complaint with your local cyber police station.

(17) MMTV reserves the right to modify, add or delete any portion of these terms and conditions, either prospectively or retrospectively, at its sole discretion and without prior public notice. MMTV may also suspend or permanently terminate the Contest at any time without incurring any liability or compensation obligations.

(18) If the production, recording, transmission or server hosting of the Contest is disrupted, delayed or prevented by a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to labor disputes, internet blackouts, natural disasters, regulatory changes or technical failures outside its control), MMTV reserves the right to cancel, alter or reschedule the Contest entirely.

(19) Any operational requirement to link a Participant's social media account does not imply an endorsement of that social platform. Data pulled from linked social profiles will remain subject to the respective platform’s third-party privacy terms.

(20) MMTV, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any physical injury, illness, death, mental trauma, emotional distress or personal grievance suffered by a Participant or Winner in connection with the Contest, or distribution of prizes.

(21) MMTV carries no responsibility for any loss of earnings, loss of employment or business disruptions encountered by the Participant due to their involvement with the Contest.

(22) If MMTV discovers at any time including after the disbursement of a prize that a Participant provided false, fraudulent, plagiarized or misleading data, the Participant will be immediately disqualified.

(23) The disqualified Winner carries a strict legal obligation to promptly return all received prize amounts or physical awards to MMTV, along with any penal interest or administrative costs levied by MMTV.
