Terms & Conditions – manoramaMAX Kerala Blasters Football Contest 2026

These terms and conditions apply to the manoramaMAX Kerala Blasters Football Contest 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) for the viewers of manoramaMAX (hereinafter referred to as “manoramaMAX”).

The Contest will commence on 16th February 2026 and end on 10th May 2026 (“Contest Period”). There will be one contest for each match played in Cochin, Kerala. The contest will start five days prior to each match. For example : The first question will be going live on 00.00 hours on 16th February 2026 and will be displayed on the social media handle of manoramaMAX till 12 PM hours on 20 October 2023. The tentative date for each match presently announced by the organizers are as follows:

• Viewers, who have attained 18 years of age and above and are legally competent to enter into a contract only, can participate in the contest. This Contest will be open only to people residing in Kerala. Employees of MM TV Limited, Malayala Manorama, and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
• During the contest period, one multiple choice question per match played in Cochin will be asked through a social post on manoramaMAX facebook & Instagram pages. The viewer needs to answer the question by commenting in the social page of manoramaMAX. before each contest(s) end time as mentioned above. During the contest period, the pariticipant need to follow manoramamax insta page.
• The participant need to download manoramaMAX app on their mobile. The screenshot of the manoramaMAX app downloaded on their device to be send to the whatsapp number 95678 77718 before the end time of the respective tournament contest date.
• Multiple answers sent for a particular question from the same facebook or instagram id will be disqualified. Random answers sent before the displaying of the full question will also be disqualified. Decision of MMTV in this regard will be final.
• 25 winners per contest will be randomly picked from the list of participants who have provided the correct answer. The winner will be eligible for 2 tickets each for the forthcoming match. The winner of a particular day’s contest and his family members are disqualified from participating in the subsequent contest(s).
• The winner will be declared on the next day before 10 AM. The winners will be intimated through whatsapp on the mobile number used for participating in the contest. Upon receipt of the above message, the winner should share the copy of any govt id card (election id/driving license/aadhaar card).
• The winner shall collect the ticket on the day the results are declared between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM from MM TV Office situated at Malayala Manorama, Panampally Nagar, Cochin, Kerala. For collecting the tickets, the winner needs to show the whatsapp message received from MMTV, and also the original govt id card (election id/driving license/aadhaar card) shared through Whatsapp. Photocopy of the same should be handed over to MMTV for our record.
• Please note in case the winner fails to collect the ticket within the above timeline due to any reason; MMTV shall proceed to give the ticket to any other viewer randomly selected from the list of winners.
• By participating in this Contest by answering the question, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions as well as the decisions of MMTV selection panel, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
• Successfully entering the Contest and winning is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
• MMTV reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed / exchanged for cash.
• The cost for visiting MMTV office for collecting and for reaching the tournament venue shall be borne by the participant.
• The winner can be eliminated if he/she is found indulging in unfair methods to answer the question. MMTV reserves the rights to debar the Participant from participating in the contest, if MMTV is convinced that he/she have indulged in any activities which has affected the image or tarnish the reputation of the channel or if the terms and condition is violated.
• Winner hereby grant MMTV the right to publish his/her name, photo and address in any newspaper, TV and digital platforms of MMTV in connection with this contest.
• MMTV reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of MMTV in this regard and in general with respect to this Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final and binding.
• If MMTV is unable to run the contest as a result of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., MMTV shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances. MMTV shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Contest due to any government restrictions.
• Participant is aware that the tournament is organized by All India Football Federation(AIFF) &Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL) and as such MMTV has no control over organizing of the tournament. MMTV shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the match due to any reason. MMTV liability is limited to the extent of issuing the tickets to the winners of the contest.
• MMTV shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained by the participant/winner, as a result of participating in the Contest or visiting the tournament venue.
• By entering the Contest and thereby accepting the Terms and Conditions as mentioned herein, the Participant hereby releases MMTV and / or any of its respective officers / employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
• MMTV accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, Agency or any third parties in relation to the Contest.
• The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his / her participation in the Contest by conducting an illegal act. Participant also undertake to indemnify MMTV and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges, etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by MMTV on account of such act on the part of the Participant.
• In consideration of MMTV allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Contest, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against MMTV, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees or representative for all and any injuries, accidents, mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Contest or related to the Contest.
• The Courts of competent jurisdiction at Ernakulam shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with, the Contest.
